Cleaned up the documentation for IGDB release.
Re-licensed everything under the GPL 3.0.

Initial release of decompiled and sorted Twee files.  This is a direct port of
the original game.  Nothing has been changed story-wise.  A few minor changes
were made to the technical  implementation to make it compile with Sugarcube 2.

Some of the scenes have been sorted poorly as far as which day they happen on
and in what order, but we can fix that going forward.  For the moment it is
more important to just get this out there in a functional state.
