:: That sounds good. [bookmark] Your desire for revenge wins out over caution. "All right," [[you|You]] say. "If there's evidence to back me up, let's do that." [[She|Mrs. Anderson]] looks at you in surprise. "Okay," she says. "I'll call Mr. Hilliard right now. I'll be back shortly." With that, she turns and leaves. You go back to your homework to settle your nerves. You wonder if this was the best idea. After about ten minutes, Mrs. Anderson returns. "All right, Parker, let's head down to the school. Mr. Hilliard will have a police officer there to take your report and we'll be able to look at the videotape." Mrs. Anderson takes out her cellphone and makes a quick call. "Molly?" she says. "Could you bring the towncar up front? Parker and I are going to Rosestead High." She puts away her phone and turns to you, "All right, Parker, let's go out to the car." The two of you head out to the car where [[Molly]] opens the door for each of you to get into the back seat. You take the familiar drive to Rosestead High and pull up front. Molly opens the door for Mrs. Anderson and you let yourself out. There are only a few cars in the lot and one of them is a parked police car. "Thank you, Molly," Mrs. Anderson says. The two of you walk into the school and head to Mr. Hilliard's office. His receptionist hastily rises to her feet when she sees Mrs. Anderson and gives a fairly elaborate curtsey. "Mrs. Anderson, please go right in. Mr. Hilliard and Chief Johnson are waiting for you." You and Mrs. Anderson walk into the office and see [[Mr. Hilliard]] and [[Chief Johnson]] staring intently at Mr. Hilliard's computer screen. When you walk in, Mr. Hilliard rises and bows. "Why, Mrs. Anderson. How lovely to see you again. Have a seat, please. We've just finished reviewing the video of the incident. Parker, would you mind waiting outside for just a few minutes?" You walk out and they close the door behind you. The receptionist looks at you and smiles, "Hey, honey. My name's [[Stephanie]]. Why don't you let me make you a cup of coffee or something?" "Um, sure," you say. She walks over to the coffeemaker and pours you a cup. "Milk and sugar?" she asks. "Yes, please," you respond. She stirs your coffee and gives it to you to drink. You sip the coffee nervously, and wonder what they're discussing in there. Stephanie engages you in light pleasantries while you're waiting when an intercom buzzes. "All right," she says. "You can go in now." [[Go into the office.]]
