[[Sean]] looks at you coolly.  "Have you cancelled them yet?"

You shake your head.  "That's why I'm telling you.  I haven't had time."

"Well, better do that then.  You need to borrow my phone?" he says.  <<if $billy.date or $julia.date>>You nod and he hands you his phone.<<else>>You shake your head.  "I just need to go back into the house for a couple of minutes."<<endif>>

<<if $julia.date and $ethan.date>>You take the phone and call up Julia.  You explain to her that you won't be able to go shopping with her as agreed and apologize profusely.  She seems disappointed, but is very sympathetic.

You hand the phone back to Sean and say, "I just need to go back into the house for a couple of minutes and then I'll be ready to go."  He nods, takes a coin out of his pocket, and begins flipping it while he waits.  Nervously, you walk in to the dining room.  Taking [[Ethan]] aside privately, you explain that you're going to have to break your date with him.
