Both of them are startled when they see the way you're dressed.  "Parker!" Mrs. Donovan exclaims.  "What are you doing in those clothes!?  Just a few hours ago, you were in boys' clothes!"

You hesitate, looking over at Ethan nervously.  "I'm waiting, young lady," Mrs. Donovan says sternly.  Terrified, you tell Mrs. Donovan the whole story of gym class, nervously glancing over at Ethan on occasion to see his reaction, but he's surprisingly poker-faced.

"I see," Mrs. Donovan says.  "Ethan, you're dismissed.  It was very gallant of you to offer to serve Parker's detention, but clearly she is not the proper girl you took her to be."

"Thank you, Mrs. Donovan," Ethan says.  You're too ashamed to meet his gaze directly, but out of the corner of your eye, you think you see a look of sympathy on his face.  As he's leaving, he whispers to you, "Don't worry, Parker.  We'll wait in the car for you until you're done in here."<<else>>[[You]] enter Mrs. Donovan's classroom.  [[Mrs. Donovan]] is writing at her desk.  She looks up at you when you enter and gasps at your appearance.  "Parker!" Mrs. Donovan exclaims.  "What are you doing in those clothes!?  Just a few hours ago, you were in boys' clothes!"

You hesitate briefly, not particularly wishing to tell her all the details.  "I'm waiting, young lady," Mrs. Donovan says sternly.  Terrified, you tell Mrs. Donovan the whole story of gym class.

She walks over to a cabinet in the corner of the classroom and opens it.  You see a fairly wide selection of paddles, switches, canes, and other implements of corporal punishment.  Mrs. Donovan selects a long thin cane and strikes the air with it a couple of times.

"All right, Parker," she says.  "Lean over the desk, pull your skirt up, and pull your underwear down to your knees."

You mumble an apology.  "All right, Parker," Mrs. Donovan says, looking you over and folding her arms in front of her.  "Let me explain how we do discipline here.
