You take your seat and sit quietly waiting for class to begin.  <<if $ethan.rap>>Ethan finishes his conversation with Mrs. Donovan and takes his seat as well.<<endif>>

"Okay, class," she begins.  "Time to turn in your homework.<<if $ethan.rap>> Parker, Ethan explained to me the situation and I'm going to let it pass this time.  I would like you to stay after class, though.<<endif>>"  <<if not $ethan.rap>><<if $trig_done>>You turn in your trigonometry homework with the rest of the class.<<else>>Mrs. Donovan notices that you haven't turned in your homework with the rest of the class and asks you to stay after class.<<endif>><<endif>><<if not $trig_done>>

<<if $ethan.rap>>When class is over, you approach Mrs. Donovan and Ethan joins you.  "Parker, Ethan is going to be serving detention after school today since he claims it's his fault you didn't get your homework done.  I would like you to attend as well, if you please.  Be in my office promptly after school lets out."  You nod and agree, wondering what this is all about.<<else>>"Parker, I want you to come to my office promptly for detention after school lets out," Mrs. Donovan says.  You sigh, but it's not like you had big plans so you agree.<<endif>><<endif>>
