:: Date with Sean {"position":"10,150"} <><><>[[You]] get into the passenger side of the car and [[Sean]] gets into the driver's seat. He says, "We're going to Marbleton to eat. I know this great Italian place there." You nod. Marbleton is pretty close to Rosestead and is a much bigger town. You've been there to eat yourself several times. "Which one?" you ask. "Ariosto's. You know it?" "I think I went there with my folks once, but that was years ago," you respond. "I don't remember it." "Well, you're going to love it," Sean says. "Just relax and enjoy the ride." He turns on the radio and, to your great surprise, classical music starts playing. "What's this?" you ask. "Mozart. Symphony No. 40 in G minor. As I said, relax and enjoy the ride." You take his advice and enjoy the music as you drive to Marbleton. You pull up to Ariosto's and Sean gets out of the car. <>Suddenly, you're anxious about your choice of clothing. You wouldn't look out of place in Rosestead, but you aren't in Rosestead any more. Sean looks over at you and says, "Well, what are you waiting for? Come on." <>You <>nervously <>follow him out of the car and into the restaurant. <>Sure enough, soon after you enter, everybody in the restaurant has turned to look at you, making you very self-conscious. <><>With the getup you've got on, you are definitely attracting a great deal of male attention. Many of the men, clearly sitting with their wives, are looking at you with almost undisguised lust. <>You and Sean wait until the host seats you at a small table for two in the corner, draped with a white tablecloth that nearly reaches the floor. The waiter comes over and says, "Sean! How are you? Who's the lovely lady?" Sean says, "This is Parker. Parker, this is [[Blake]]. He's a good guy." You say, "Pleased to meet you, Blake." He stares at you. "Pleased to meet you," he responds<>, obviously making an effort not to stare at you<>. "So," he says, "should I get the menus or something to drink?" "We don't need the menus," Sean responds. "Just water for us both. The lady will have the eggplant casserole and I'll have the steak florentine." You are rather taken aback that Sean just ordered for you, but you don't say anything. "All right," Blake says. "I'll be back with your waters." When he's gone, you say, "Sean, I don't really like eggplant." "Trust me," he says. "So, Parker, we've got a meet this Saturday against the Marbleton Mastiffs, in fact. I know you're new to the school, but I was hoping you'd go and show your school spirit." <>[[Tell him you joined the cheerleaders.]]<>[[Tell him you'll go.]]<>
