Not surprisingly, [[you|You]] get a strange vibe off of [[Billy]].  Considering what he saw you doing, or at least what was being done to you, you're not surprised that he's a bit peeved.

The two of you sit for a while in silence while Billy drives until you can't take it any more.  "Are you mad at me?" you ask.

"Hell yes, I'm mad at you!  You just fucked my stepfather in my own house!  You're my best friend; what the fuck were you thinking!?  What if my mother had walked in on that!?" Billy says, with fury spilling out of him.

His reaction takes you aback.  Billy has always been fairly mild-mannered and you can't remember ever fighting with him before.  For a bit, you're at a loss how you should respond.

"Well!?" he says.  "Don't you have anything to say for yourself?"
