:: Absolutely! {"position":"10,4350"} "Great!" Emily replies. <>Immediately after she says that, you blank out for a bit. When you come to, you hear her say, <>"I'll pick [[you|You]] up in about twenty minutes.<> By the way, I've got a little surprise I think you'll enjoy.<><> Oh, and Parker ... no need to change for me. Come wearing whatever you're wearing now." Wait, what is that supposed to mean? Does she know that you're wearing girls' clothes? Before you can say anything though, she hangs up. You think about changing clothes anyway instead of being embarrassed in front of Emily, but immediately reject it for some reason.<><><>"<> You spend some time in front of the mirror making sure you're presentable<>. You undo all that you can of Mrs. Anderson's makeover so Emily won't suspect<><><><><><> and then head down to the driveway.<> You can't believe you're going to let Emily see you dressed this way, but you're oddly very relaxed about it.<> You also think about what Emily said to you earlier today about cheating on her, but you're surprisingly not worried about that either.<><> Emily's car pulls up and she honks the horn at you. You hurry over and get into the car. [[Emily]] is wearing a more attractive ensemble than she usually wears with a flowing blue knee-length skirt and a white blouse. <>She says, "Oh, Parker! Aren't you adorable!? I can't believe how pretty you look!<> You're going to just love my surprise!<>"<>As soon as you enter, she greets you with a warm kiss. "Great to see you, Parker! I'm glad you could come," she says.<>"Make yourself comfortable, Parker<>. I think you're going to love my surprise<>," she says.<> The two of you start driving and you wonder where she plans on taking you. "So, I was thinking we should go see //The Light and the Waltz//<>. What do you think?" she asks. You're momentarily taken aback. Emily has virtually never asked your opinion before. She has always called all the shots on dates. Frankly, she's always rather bossed you around. Since you've always just been happy to have a girlfriend, you've never complained about it. You half wonder if this is some sort of test. Her suggestion, //The Light and the Waltz//, is a romantic comedy, a genre you really never cared for. The trailers you've seen have convinced you that you'll find it desperately dull, but you're equally certain Emily will love it. Meanwhile, you really want to see //The Towering Dark//, but you know Emily doesn't care for horror movies.<> Sigh. You guess you'll go see //The Light and the Waltz//.<> [[Anything to make her happy.|Go to the movie.]]<> [[Suggest The Towering Dark.]]<><>," she says. You sigh. You've seen the trailers and it looks like a frightfully dull romantic comedy to you. You're certain you'll hate it, but you're definitely not going to object.<> "But first, let's go and pick up your surprise." You feel like this should make you nervous, but you're surprisingly relaxed about it. [[Let Emily take you to her surprise.]]<> [[Go to the movie.]]<><>
